But what if you want to grow your own flowering plants and use that for decorating the house? Though the climate of Dubai is hot and humid, it is possible to grow flowering plants in this region. 

1. Sunflower

Sunflowers grow primarily during summer and can reach up to 14 feet. Most varieties of sunflowers can tolerate heat and drought. Thus, it can withstand the climatic condition of Dubai. It can also tolerate most types of soil. However, you should provide proper support for the plant to grow.
