How do I know your flowers are fresh?
We guarantee our flowers will stay fresh for 5 days. If they don't, you're eligible for a replacement.

How long do your flowers last?
With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for 5 days or more. We source directly from premium farms and store all flowers in temperature-controlled environments to maintain maximum freshness.

Where do your flowers come from?
Our flowers are sourced directly from premium farms in Holland, Ecuador, Colombia, Kenya, Thailand, Taiwan, South Africa and New Zealand. We never buy from local resellers.

How do I care for my flowers?
Trim the stems, place them in clean water, change the water every two days and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat. For detailed instructions, visit our Flower Care Guide.


Ordering

How do I place an order?
Choose your flowers, select a delivery date, enter the recipient's details, add a personal message and complete your payment securely online.

Do I need an account?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses and receive exclusive offers.

Can I send my gift anonymously?
Yes. Simply mention it in the order notes during checkout.

Will my personal information be shared?
No. Your information is kept private and secure and is never shared with third parties.

How do coupon codes work?
Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other promotions unless stated, and must be used before their expiry date.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain.

Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. Simply choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.

What are the delivery cut-off times?

  • Dubai: Same-day orders before 8:00 PM

  • Abu Dhabi: Same-day orders before 4:00 PM (Sunday: 1:00 PM)

  • Sharjah & Al Ain: Same-day delivery before the daily cut-off shown during checkout.

  • Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain: Next-day delivery only.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is FREE across Dubai for flower and plant orders above AED 250. Orders containing only gifts such as cakes or chocolates are subject to a AED 45 delivery fee.

What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value for delivery is AED 100.

Will you contact the recipient?
If necessary, we'll contact the recipient only to ensure a successful delivery while keeping your surprise a secret.


Returns & Refunds

What if my flowers arrive damaged?
Please contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order details and photos if possible. We'll review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may receive a store voucher, depending on the order status.
